Shon has honed his expertise in the five Cs of lending (Character, Condition, Capital, Capacity, and Collateral) while cultivating strong client relationships built on communication, cooperation, collaboration, competence, and care.
Shon’s commitment to the community is evident in his active involvement within the Asian community across the Pacific Northwest. His passion for supporting the growth and success of small businesses remains a driving force. A Seattle native and University of Washington economics graduate, Shon is now enjoying a new chapter with his spouse and young son.
